Refund Policy

Takumi Parts aims to represent products accurately and package shipments carefully.

Returns and refunds are generally considered only when an item arrives materially different from its description, arrives damaged, or is affected by a confirmed fulfillment error attributable to the store.

We do not accept returns for simple change-of-mind requests, unverified compatibility assumptions, destination-country customs outcomes outside our control, or ordinary carrier delays.

Customers requesting review of a damaged or incorrect shipment should contact contact@takumi-parts.com with the order number and relevant photographs.
